with “reply/quote” and icon functions. And yes, I’ve re-booted no
less than 3 times. I can’t download firefox coz it’s
firewalled.

and no, I don't think rebooting would help .... if it's not
rendering well, then something must be wrong ... I think your
compy's been compromised by some malware ....
which means, of course, that the IT department's not been doing
their jobs ...
